This policy explains how the mobile game Kaya Sort (Android package com.kaya.sort) and its web version at kaya-sort.pages.dev ("the app", "we") handle information. We wrote it to be short and clear.
Kaya Sort does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location, and we do not run our own servers that collect your data.
Your level, coins, boosters, lives and settings (sound, vibration) are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. We do not receive or back up this data. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, deletes it permanently.
The Android app shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner, occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards. To serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent message powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are served. You can accept, refuse, or manage your choices. If you do not consent, Google may still show non-personalized ads, which rely on limited data for frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated reporting. You can change your choice later by clearing the app's storage/reinstalling, after which the consent message is shown again.
If in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads" or coin packs) are offered, payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment card details. Google Play's own privacy policy applies to those transactions.
The web version at kaya-sort.pages.dev shows no real ads and stores progress only in your browser's local storage. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
Kaya Sort is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
Because we do not collect personal data on our own servers, there is no account database to breach. Data handled by Google is protected under Google's security practices.
We may update this policy, for example when we add features. The "Effective date" above will change and the new version will be posted on this page.
